Whole30: 21

Got some sweet sunshine at the Farmers’ Market and playground with my daughter. It was a beautiful autumn day here in southern Oregon. The leaves are  beginning their switchover to reds, golds, and oranges. The sun was warm and the shade was cool. Doesn’t get much better. Now if I could just get on my mountain bike…

In other news, I’m not as sore as I’d feared after the playground workout from yesterday. It may have actually helped with my tight hamstrings and groin.

Breakfast: Primal Hot Cereal with huckleberries (was out of eggs and I was actually bummed). Coffee with coconut milk and cinnamon.

Lunch: Leftover Bison Chili Masala. Sad to see it go.

Snack: 1/4 pear.

Dinner: 1 1/2 local, pasture-raised pork bratwursts. Side of slaw made with red and green cabbage, carrot, radish, and a dressing of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, S&P.
