Whole30: 16

Back on the wagon, mostly. Had to grab breakfast at the chi-chi boutique hotel my husband’s staying at, which included about 1/4 cup of roasted fingerling potatoes. But other than that, I had no trouble getting back into the Whole30 groove after my non-compliant day.

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 smoked pork loin slices, 1/4 cup roasted fingerling potatoes, handful of lightly dressed greens. Half cup of coffee.

Lunch: Several slices of my homemade bison tri-tip roast beef, baked sweet potato, handful kalamata olives, 1/2 heirloom apple with a few tablespoons cashew butter.

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with a kalamata olive/lemon/garlic/basil/olive oil relish. Grilled zucchini, roasted onions, steamed Brussels sprouts.

Exercise: Urban jog with the husband through the streets of San Francisco. A few box jumps on a wall in Union Square.
