Whole30: 7

I’m tuckered out so I’ll keep this short today. The highlight of the day was getting to participate in a Low-Carb Conversation with Jimmy Moore and Friends. I got to be one of the friends! How cool is that? The episode will air on October 28, and I’ll be sure to link to it, provided I didn’t sound like too much of an idiot.

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with leftover ground bison, tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms. Chai with coconut cream.

Lunch: (Restaurant meal) Bison burger with green chile, mustard, spinach, and tomato. Side salad of mixed greens, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, and mushrooms dressed with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

Dinner: (At a friend’s house) 2 locally-raised and pastured pork bratwurst sausages. Soup made with chicken broth, celery, carrots, onions, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach.

Dessert: Freshly picked raspberries with coconut cream.

Hmm…lots of bison, apple cider vinegar, and spinach. Strange coincidence.

Less hunger today. Can’t tell if it’s because I was busy all day or if I’m just managing my fats better.
